Help with Mabels

Open Health in a pet’s passport to see vaccination due dates from saved records. Choose Manage dates to add or change a date, or Add to calendar to download a calendar file with a reminder the day before. Open the file in your calendar to save it. Calendar copies do not update when you edit Mabels; check or replace them after changing a date. Confirm vaccination timing with your vet. Weight change compares the latest two measurement dates using the same unit.

Free covers your core pet profile and records. Mabels+ is planned at $8 USD per month, with family and caregiver sharing, advanced health tracking, document storage, reminders, multiple pets. This price is proposed; subscriptions are not available to buy yet. Mabels+ is coming soon. Existing features remain available while subscriptions are being prepared.

Create an account, add a pet, then fill in the details you know. You can return to their passport to add more.

Open Documents in a pet’s passport and upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG. Extract suggested entries, check them against the original, and correct any errors. Accept the entries you want, then choose Save accepted records. Choose Finish review when you are done, or Keep original only when there are no entries you want to save. You can also store a file for reference without health-record review.

Open Share in that pet’s passport and select their details and documents. Enter an optional recipient email if you want Mabels to send the link. Choose Review passport, then Create and email link or Create share link. You can also copy the link to send yourself. Anyone with the link can open it until it expires or you revoke it.

Keep the page open and read the error message before trying again. In document review, use Recover save if it appears after an interrupted save. If you need to reload, first copy any unsaved text you want to keep. Check what has saved before adding the same record again.

Open Health in the pet’s passport and choose Prepare vet summary, then Generate with AI. Review the draft against its sources and use Edit draft to correct it. Add questions for the appointment and choose Save visit preparation to reopen and edit it later. The saved draft is a snapshot with its generation date and source references; later record changes do not update it. Export PDF, copy the summary, or download a text file when ready. Nothing is sent to your vet automatically.

Open Memories in that pet’s passport and choose Add a memory. Add a title, date and notes; use the milestone field for a birthday or another occasion. You can attach a file from that pet’s documents or upload one. Memories stay in the private passport. Uploaded attachments also appear in the pet’s documents.
